1. Month-to-Month Auto-Extend Option

What is the month-to-month auto-extend option?

The month-to-month auto-extend option allows you to book a spot for your tiny home on a flexible, ongoing basis. Instead of booking for a specific number of nights, you can continue your stay on a month-to-month basis at a discounted rate. Your stay will automatically extend every 28 days.

How am I billed for the month-to-month option?

When you choose the month-to-month auto-extend option, your payment method will be automatically charged every 28 nights, which we consider to be one month. The payment will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time of booking.

How can I cancel the month-to-month auto-extend option?

You can cancel your auto-extend option at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 7 days before your next billing cycle begins. Please cancel your booking by emailing our friendly support team at support@parkyourtiny.com. Just a heads up—letting your host know isn’t enough, as we take care of all the payment details on our end.

Where can I find my next billing date?

Your next billing date can be found in your account dashboard under ‘Inbox' section, select your booking chat and the Next Payment date will be listed in the breakdown. This will help you keep track of when you need to pay or cancel, should you choose to do so.

What happens if I don’t cancel in time?

If you do not cancel at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, your stay will automatically extend for another month, and your payment method will be charged. Please ensure you keep an eye out for your next payment date in your account to avoid unwanted charges.

Can I switch back to a standard booking from the month-to-month option?

Yes, you can switch back to a standard booking at any time. To do this, please cancel your month-to-month subscription and then book your stay as usual through our standard booking option.

Can the host cancel my month-to-month booking?

Yes, hosts have the right to cancel a month-to-month booking if necessary. If a host cancels your booking, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the reason for cancellation. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, so we will assist you in finding an alternative location quickly. We also ensure any payments for unused days are refunded promptly.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card two more times. If all three attempts fail, your month-to-month booking will be automatically canceled, and you will need to vacate the property. To prevent this, please ensure your payment information is up to date and consider contacting your bank or credit card provider if you anticipate any issues that might prevent a successful charge. We're here to help if you need assistance updating your payment details.
